PET PORTRAITS

PETROPOLITAN is extremely excited and honored to represent the works of two well-known, highly-qualified pet artists, Janelle and Simon!  Simon is locally based while Janelle was living in New Orleans and, after Katrina, has since relocated to St. Martinville, Louisiana.

Both Janelle and Simon are highly creative and extremely talented!  Once you view their works in our boutique, you are sure to agree!  They each offer their unique approach and personal styles revealed through their custom pieces.  Janelle offers portraits in three mediums ex. acrylic on canvas, watercolor, and graphite, while Simon specializes in acrylics.

Each artist is flexible, in that, they can create portraits of just pets or of pets and people. Both work from clear-quality, color-accurate photographs.
